Circle In is thrilled to announce our partnership with Target Australia. For Target Australia, family is at the center of everything they do and they chose to partner with Circle In to support both current and future working parents and caregivers.

Here are some highlights from a recent chat between our Chief Growth Officer, Liz Fox and General Manager of People & Capability at Target Australia, Steve Wallis.

Why was it important for you to invest in a program such as Circle In?

Families are at the heart of everything that we do at Target, so we want to make sure that every single person and their families that belong to the Target family are supported through all of the stages of life. Whether it’s preparing for something new, providing care directly to their children or other family members, or whatever caregiving looks like to them, it’s important that they have the tools available.

If we’d had these tools around when my wife and I started our journey with our three lovely boys, then it would have been a significantly different experience.

What are you most excited about the platform and the partnership with Circle In?

I think just the fact that we have a partnership that we can refer our team to is critical. The platform that’s available is incredible – it’s second to none – and I think for our line managers and for our discussions with our team members it provides another great tool and benefit for teams to experience. Some of these discussions can be very new to our team members and line managers so I think experiencing the journey together, and giving something to our team that they richly deserve is so important for us.

We think Circle In is an organization that will make sure that content is constantly up to date and refreshed and providing something new every day for our team members.

What does success look like for you in supporting your families and caregivers?

We want our teams to use and engage with the platform and the opportunities that it presents. We really hope that this provides an easy path for them with regards to the care that they provide to their loved ones, and that they continue engaging  with it throughout whatever journey of life they’re currently on.

Success for me is that we continue to grow our relationship with Circle In and our team members see this as a great platform for them to engage with.

We are proud to welcome Target Australia to our Circle and look forward to supporting their people in all of the moments that matter.
