Ric Arber joins us with over 10 years of experience in B2B sales across Australia and UK markets.
Circle In co-founder, Jodi Geddes says, “Ric joins us at an exciting stage of growth, especially as we expand globally and our Australian base grows at speed.”
Prior to joining us, Ric was a Business Development Manager for another purpose-led start up in the gender equality space where he was helping companies across Australia hire, engage and retain a more diverse workforce.
Ric’s experience in HR tech positions him perfectly to challenge and educate the HR industry to drive change. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion and aims to tackle the misconception that supporting parents and carers is optional for some employers. Ric says, “each new employer we sign on allows us to impact hundreds or thousands of families.”
When asked what drew him to Circle In, Ric says, “I saw first hand the impact of how an employer’s lack of cultural and structural support impacted the work-life blend. As a non-parent I didn’t want that to be the case for future-me, so I embarked on a journey to try and help drive equality and help normalise men becoming primary carers.”
It’s the passion of team members, like Ric, that drives Circle In’s mission forward and helps us thrive, especially in testing times like these. With our sales team going from strength to strength, we’re excited to see what the second half of 2020 brings.
A true Sydney resident at heart, Ric moved to Australia for the love of beaches. When not at work, and not in lockdown, you can find Ric in the ocean or on a hiking trail. Ric also volunteers at the Smith Family and is a lifesaver at Bronte Surf club.
