Circle In is thrilled to welcome Lifestyle Communities to our Circle. Lifestyle Communities has partnered with Circle In to provide a consistent approach around support across all life stages.

Here are some highlights from a recent chat between our co-founder, Jodi Geddes, and Head of People Experience at Lifestyle Communities, Simône de la Harpe.

Why is it important for you to provide this support to your working parents and caregivers?

It’s a really interesting time for us because COVID lockdown really highlighted all the different care responsibilities that our team have, and the support that Lifestyle could give to our team and various situations. So for us, we had such a great platform and all this intel from our team, that we wanted to go further and make sure that we could create a program ongoingly that would really support all the different, unique situations that our team face every day.

I’m currently pregnant and having my second baby. It’s a really unique time, I’ve gone through it once, stepping away from my role and returning back to Lifestyle, so I know some of those interesting challenges that can come up.

At Lifestyle, it’s about creating consistency, resources and really supporting our team.

What are you most excited about the platform and the partnership with Circle In?

I’m really excited about the consistency that I know and have comfort on that the team will all receive. At the moment it is related to who comes to the People Experience Team, or the situations that we know about, but there’s so many different things that happen every day or situations that pop up, or even planning for situations in the future that we may have no idea about. Circle In at least provides some consistency of our team having support and resources no matter what stage that they’re in, and also the support to our Team Leaders to make sure that they can provide really consistent support to our team.

What does success look like for you in supporting your families and caregivers?

Success for us is really where our team feel that they no matter what can start to explore and find resources that will support them, that our team leaders don’t feel a little bit lost in best of intentions, but how to execute what are great experiences like, and for us to be a little bit more overt about saying, ‘this is what really matters to you, so it really matters to us’, and really supporting all those unique situations.

We’re really excited to lean into Circle In. Working is only a small portion of your time and we want to support everything that our team does, because that’s how we’ll get the best out of their time here.

We are proud to welcome Lifestyle Communities to our Circle and look forward to supporting their people in all of the moments that matter.
