Your monthly subscription allows every employee access to a web-based site complete with curated content and resources.
What‘s unique is that we include your logo and company name across the site, so your parents truly feel engaged and supported by their workplace.
We take care of all the heavy lifting and have your parents up and running within as little as 24 hours!

The site features content across 9 key areas of interest, such as learning from home for kids, working from home, well-being, grandparents and relationships. Your subscription inlcudes

  • Your company logo and name on your portal
  • 24/7 web-based access
  • Access to webinars hosted by subject experts

The program is available to all employees of companies that subscribe to our service (whether or not you are a parent).

Yes, depending on the package you subscribe to. 

  • Small = up to 2,000 users
  • Medium = up to 10,000 users
  • Large = unlimited users

We add new content every week so you can feel assured that the latest topics are being addressed.

We do customise your logo and company name.  The content on our portal has been carefully curated to be used across multiple industries, and is not customisable.

Our monthly subscription is based on 3 tiers, depending on your company size:

  • Small (up to 2,000 users) is A$1,500 + GST per month
  • Medium (up to 10,000 users) is A$3,000 + GST per month
  • Large (unlimited users is A$5,000 + GST per month

We have you up and running in as little as 24 hours (1 working day) from the time we receive your payment. All we need is your company logo and we’ll do the rest.

This is specifically for Australian-based employees. If you require this for another region, then feel free to contact us directly.

Follow these simple steps:

  • Choose your plan and register your details
  • Enter your credit card details 
  • Upload your company logo & ABN 
  • Once we’ve received payment, your portal will be live in 24hrs

We require 30 days cancellation notice (in writing) prior to your next invoice date. Please send any notifications to support@circlein.com.

We understand how busy HR teams are right now, which is exactly why we developed this offering. All we need from you is your company logo, ABN and payment details. That’s it!

We then will work to develop your individual portal and send you your login once live. You can then share this with your employees, sit back and watch them thrive!

We then manage the portal on your behalf, updating content every week, and ensuring your employees have all the support they need during this unprecedented time.

Step 1: Click the invitation link sent to you by your company.
Step 2: Register using your company’s unique code.
Step 3: Create your profile (username and password)
Step 4: Enjoy all the articles, posts and videos to help you while you manage the juggle of career and parenthood.
To return to the portal at any time visit https://login.circlein.com and enter your username and password.

You can invite your colleagues to join you by sending them the invitation link sent to you by your company.

Visit your Hub > select My Account > Edit my profile > and select unsubscribe.

Data, security and privacy

All of Circle In’s infrastructure and data is hosted with AWS. AWS are Privacy Shield certified: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/eu-us-privacy-shield-faq/

We do not collect any health related user data.

We  do not collect any customer or user payment details directly. However, we partner with a trusted third party provider, Stripe, who is PCI compliant.

We are not a publicly traded business.

Our security policy is based on the ISO 27001 framework.
