When you submit information in response to this questionnaire and provide your ‘Real Story’ to Circle In (such information and Real Story content together referred below to as “Your Information”), you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Personal Information Collection Statement.

Circle In’s Privacy Policy further explains how Circle In collects, uses and discloses the personal information that forms part of Your Information, and how you may access, correct or complain about the handling of your personal information.

The Circle In Real Story questionnaire is hosted by Circle In’s trusted service provider, Typeform S.L.  Your Information is collected subject to Typeform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the terms of this Personal Information Collection Statement. 

Following the submission of Your Information and its collection within Typeform, Your Information is transferred to Circle In and held within Circle In’s secure internal Google Drive repository.

Circle In may use Your Information (including personal information) for the following purposes:

• editing Your Story as appropriate for the purposes of its publication;
• publication of Your Story:
  • on the Circle In platform accessible by the entire Circle In user community;
  • on the circlein.com website; and
• for promotional purposes – for example in e-newsletters, social media networks and for lead generation.

Circle In reserves the discretion as to whether or not Your Story is published through any of the above channels or at all.

Without limiting the generality of the above, if you provide photographic content as part of Your Information, then you consent to the publication of that content in association that Your Story.  You warrant that you are the owner or authorised licensee of the copyright in such content and have the rights to licence that copyright to Circle In for the purposes of its use and publication as described in this Statement.  Please note that Circle In may use stock images in association with publication of Your Story if you do not provide your own photographic content.
