Specialising in helping their clients solve complex challenges in the built world around us, Arup is the latest company to partner with Circle In.
A multinational professional services firm of designers, planners, engineers, architects, consultants and technical specialists, Arup turns big picture ideas into tangible solutions and reality.
With more than 15,000 specialists worldwide, Arup is experienced in solving problems and understands that for their people to bring their best to work every day, they need to be supported. Set to be rolled out initially across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, Arup’s Parents Portal is their way of sharing support to their expecting and soon to be parents.
Phoebe Ryssenbeek, People and Culture Leader for Arup Australasia says, “We are proud and excited to offer industry-leading parental support. Providing this portal will help our working parents thrive at Arup. Via the Parents Portal, our people now have an easy way to stay connected with what’s happening while on leave, find support for taking leave or returning to work, and get access to resources when and where they are needed and as our work and home lives change over time”.
Like complex projects requiring flexibility from conception to completion, Arup understands that parents too need flexibility when it comes to their children. Highlighting this, Arup recently enhanced their leading parental leave policy, including increasing their generous paid parental leave benefits and introducing flexible parental leave to support shared caring responsibilities.
With the launch of the Arup Parents Portal and advancements to new policy, it is clear that Arup is firmly committed to enhancing their working parents’ experience.
The portal will provide Arup parents with an easy way to stay connected while on leave, find support for taking leave or returning to work, and access resources and various tools that help them achieve their best as a working parent. Managers can also find resources and tools to best support team members who are parents.
We’re delighted to be partnering with another company, one which truly supports their working parents pursue their hopes for combining family and their careers.
