As a Product Manager at Circle In, you’ll help define what the future and success look like for the product stream you are working on. This is a newly created position within the product team and reports to the Head of product.

What you’ll do: 

  • Product Managers are embedded in a cross-functional team and work closely with peers in design & engineering along with other business functions, to get stuff done. 
  • Evangelist the role of product at Circle In and contribute to our journey towards being Product Led.
  • Lead the personalization pillar of the product strategy, aimed at delivering better relevance and a more engaging user experience.
  • Conduct research into digital content delivery products, highlighting insights and best practices relating to personalization.
  • Leverage insights from your research to develop and articulate your vision of personalization for the Circle In platform.
  • Define a series of experiments focused on delivering quantifiable outcomes aligned to your vision. Define hypotheses, methodology and success criteria for each experiment in your roadmap.
  • Incorporate learnings and insights from experiments into lasting features that deliver meaningful value to customers and move key business metrics forward.
  • Act as an ambassador for your team to all stakeholders and proactively communicate the purpose and goals of your product as well as our ways of working.

What skills do you have?

  • A solid track record of addressing customer needs through innovative technology-led solutions.
  • Passionate about delivering experiences that have a massive impact on customers.
  • A master collaborator with strong teamwork and leadership skills. Comfortable working within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in growing digital products, requiring agile planning and rapid prioritisation of the product development roadmap and enhancements.
  • Problem-solvers that are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
