An organisation known for its family-like culture, staff support at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia has been shifted up a gear by the launch of Circle In’s Parents Portal.
A recognised WGEA Employer of Choice for four years running, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia (MBFSAu) is dedicated to fostering a culture that values and embraces diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
That’s why we’re delighted to announce that MBFSAu has launched the Circle In Parents Portal, a personalised platform for working parents and carers at the company.
The portal’s introduction adds an extra level of support for both line managers and employees in addition to existing benefits for working parents at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia. Current policies include 16 weeks of paid parental leave to primary carers and four weeks of paid leave to secondary carers. The company also offers exemplary benefits of a year’s superannuation contributions and priority access to a childcare centre local to its Mulgrave headquarters.
“Our culture is often described as being like a family; caring, collaborative and compassionate,” says Jorgina Sheehy, Head of Human Resources. “Our wish is that employees on the incredibly rewarding, challenging and life-changing journey of parenthood feel supported and equipped to continue building the career they’ve worked so hard to carve out.”
Jodi Geddes, co-founder of Circle In, says: “It’s wonderful to have MBFSAu join our circle. It’s a company that is determined to go beyond simply looking at policy and flexible working in its support of working parents. Together, we can help their staff navigate the many opportunities, challenges and questions that may arise on their parenting journey.”
