Sally, Senior Delivery Partner, is driven by a deep passion for inclusion, a commitment born from her experience as a mother of three neurodiverse children, including twins. Her personal journey of caregiving has shaped her professional mission to create culturally safe and inclusive workplaces. Sally’s focus is to ensure that flexible work environments cater not only to neurodiverse individuals but also to anyone needing additional support.
